Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

• The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide supporting photos and order details.

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by Aura Fashion Emporium.

• For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

• Eligible refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Rejection

Refunds may not be approved if:

• The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Original tags or packaging are missing.

• The return request is submitted after the eligible return period.
